Our hosted mailboxes have a 50GB capacity. The default storage is a hosted server rather than any one device which means you benefit from seamless synchronisation between your connected devices and a fully functional webmail portal.

 

Distribution groups (email addresses that go to multiple recipients) and shared mailboxes (mailboxes that can be viewed in Outlook by multiple users) are not chargeable and can make collaborating or communication easy across teams and businesses.

 

We can manage mail migration from existing hosts. This can range from a fairly simple cutover migration with no data transfer up to complete data migration where we upload all email in the background to the hosted system for you and then cut you over to use it as your primary system.

 

 

Microsoft Office 365

Hosting

 

If you have or want a website, you’ll need somewhere to host it. Whether we host your domain or not we can provide the server space for your website files and ensure maximum availability. The easiest option is let TTM Infosystem & Solutions host your email, domain and website to ensure it’s a one stop shop for all and any changes required to any aspect. We can assist in the migration from your current host if required.

 

If required, we can also help with web forwarding or masking. This allows multiple site to point to your domain to cover misspelling and multiple domains .com, .eu, .net etc. This ensures your customers are reaching your website and increases the chances of your website fulfilling its purpose.

 

 

Domains

 

We can host your domain name without hosting your website. We would work closely with web designers to achieve by pointing the appropriate DNS records to the web hosting server. The web designer then configures that server to accept web requests pointed at it for the domain name that we manage. This process is harder to describe than it is to achieve, and any web designer should aware of it and able to work with us to achieve it with an TTM managed domain.
